Garment video

Can AI make a video of my garment from one photo?

Yes. Drop one photo of the garment, choose a runway walk or a turntable, and a 5-second clip in 1080p comes back in one to three minutes, keeping the fabric, color and print of your photo. Your first video is free; after it, each clip costs 40 credits.

Your first video is free. Then 40 credits a 5-second clip.

The motion

40 credits a clip: 5 seconds, 1080p, no sound.

Your first video is free: one on a free account, the same one as in the studio, or without an account one per connection every 30 days.

Your photo is stored for 30 days, then deleted. It is used to make your image, and by the studio if you continue there. If you order a pattern from it, a copy is kept with your order.

Two motions: a runway walk or a turntable

A still photo tells a buyer what the garment looks like. A clip tells her how it moves: how a skirt swings on the step, whether a coat holds its shape, how a satin catches the light as it turns. That is the part a flat lay or a hanger shot cannot show.

The catwalk puts your garment on a model walking a minimal runway, so you see the drape and the length in motion. The turntable keeps the garment on an invisible mannequin and turns it slowly on a clean studio background, so the cut reads from every side without a person in the frame.

Pick the catwalk for dresses, skirts, wide trousers and anything fluid. Pick the turntable for structured pieces, outerwear and knitwear, where the silhouette matters more than the movement.

1080p from 40 credits for 5 seconds

Every clip from this page is the same format: 5 seconds, 1080p, without sound, ready to download and post where you sell.

Your first video is free. After it, a clip costs 40 credits, and the price is shown before you start. A free account gets 15 credits a month, which does not cover a clip on its own; the smallest top-up that does is $5 for 50 credits.

If a paid clip cannot be made, the credits go back to your balance.

The photo that makes a good clip

The clip can only move what the photo shows. Four things decide whether it is usable:

  • The whole garment in the frame, hem and sleeves included. A cropped garment comes back with the missing part invented.
  • Daylight from a window, no flash. Flash flattens the color, and the clip carries that flat color through every frame.
  • A calm background: a plain wall, a sheet, a clean floor. A busy room competes with the garment for the motion.
  • One garment per photo. Two pieces in one shot get merged into one outfit, or one of them disappears.

What the clip gets right, and what it invents

  • The fabric, the color and the print come from your photo and stay close to it. Small details can drift as the garment moves: a button count, a label, a very fine pattern. Watch the clip before you post it.
  • The back of the garment is inferred from the front when the photo only shows the front. On a turntable, a back with its own detail (a print, a zip, a cut-out) comes out right only if the photo shows it.
  • The model, the walk and the light are chosen by the tool. It is not you, and not a model you can pick by name or measurements.
  • There is no sound. Add your own music where you post it.

Questions

Is the first video really free?

Yes, one first video. Without an account, you get one free clip per connection every 30 days, while the day's free allowance for visitors lasts. On a free account, you get one free first video, the same free video the studio gives: if you already made it in the studio, this page does not give a second one. Paid plans pay for every clip from their credits. The free clip is 5 seconds at 1080p, without sound. After it, a clip costs 40 credits.

What do I get, exactly?

A 5-second clip in 1080p, without sound: your garment worn on a runway walk, or turning on an invisible mannequin. You choose the motion before you start, and download the clip from the page.

How long does a clip take?

One to three minutes. Keep the page open while it is made; it appears on the page when it is ready.

Can I use it in my shop?

Yes: every render, free or paid, can be used to sell, in your own shop and on marketplaces, as long as it shows your item faithfully and follows that marketplace's rules.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is stored for 30 days, then deleted. It is used to make your clip, and by the studio if you continue there.

Can I get a longer clip, or one with sound?

Not from this page, which makes 5-second silent clips. In the studio, a member can choose a longer clip or a version with sound, at the price shown before it starts.
