Is this a technical flat I can send to a factory?
It is a flat sketch illustration: a clean line drawing of the garment. A factory-ready technical flat carries callouts, measurements and construction notes, which a professional pattern maker adds when you order the DXF pattern and the tech pack add-on. Does it draw the back view?
This tool draws the front view. Carry the sketch into the studio to ask for the back view of the same garment.
What photo works best?
A sharp photo where the whole garment is visible, on a hanger, flat or worn. Prints and textures are simplified to lines on purpose; construction details such as pockets and seams read best when they are visible in the photo.
Is it really free, and what happens to my photo?
