How it works

Questions
Is the 360 views tool free, with no account?
Yes. One free run renders the front and the back of the garment: those are your two free renders, shared across all our tools. A free account then gets 15 credits a month, and the four-view set costs 16 credits.
Which views do I get?
Free: the front and the back. Signed in, after the free run: front, back, side and three-quarter, 4 views at 4 credits each, all on an invisible mannequin on white, in the same light.
Is it a real 360 spin?
No. It is a set of still views of the same garment from several angles, made from your one photo. The back and the sides are inferred from what the photo shows, so a photo that shows the back gives a truer back. For a moving turntable, the video tool makes a 5-second clip for 40 credits.
How long does it take?
About twenty seconds a view: under a minute for the free front and back, a little over a minute for the four views. A view that fails is not charged, and the others are delivered.
Who owns the images, and what happens to my photo?
The views are yours to download and use. Your photo is stored for 30 days, then deleted. It is used to make your views, and by the studio if you continue there.
Is there a free tech pack?
The garment read and the pattern quote are free on the pattern page, within your two free renders across all our tools, with no account. The production DXF pattern is paid, from $29, cut by a professional pattern maker; the factory tech pack is an add-on at $10.
