This form is the withdrawal function required by article L221-21 of the Code de la consommation. Send it and we acknowledge receipt in writing, without delay, to the address on your account.

The 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to work made to your own specifications, nor to digital content whose delivery has already begun with your express agreement. You can still send this form. We read every one and answer it.
